This month’s Saturday Spotlight theme is Author Features! Last week I talked about Melanie Cellier, and you can find that post here.
This week I am talking about Ally Carter!
I have not read all of Ally Carter’s works, but what I have read I have loved. Her Heist Society series was my first introduction to her, and I fell in love. These were very different books to what I normally read, but I loved them. Found family, art thieves, and globetrotting? Sign me up! I then read the Gallagher Girls series, and I adored those books so, so much! Again, very different from what I normally read, but I loved the concept of a female spy school. All of the characters were amazing, and the storyline was so much fun. These are definitely books for the adventurous girls! I also read her Not if I Save You First standalone novel, which I enjoyed. This wasn’t my favorite book, but it had wilderness survival, romance, and political drama, and I enjoyed it! Her Embassy Row series is also incredible! This one has more political drama than the others and is one of my favorites!
