Top Ten Tuesday: Books with Handwriting on the Cover

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday theme is Books with Handwriting on the Cover. Featured titles include “Emiko,” “Wild Orchid,” and “This Time it’s Real!”

It’s time for another Top Ten Tuesday! Top Ten Tuesday is run by Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl and this week’s theme Books with Handwriting on the Cover.

I struggled with this prompt, as I don’t pay super close attention to fonts. I am very happy with all the books I found though!

    Your list is fantastic, and focusing on Ann Liang’s books is such a perfect way to nail this prompt since her gorgeous cover typography always captures that authentic, personal handwriting feel so well! Seeing The Knife of Never Letting Go on here is a brilliant choice too, as that erratic, chaotic font style perfectly mirrors the overwhelming “Noise” that the characters experience throughout the story. It is completely understandable to find font prompts a bit tricky, but you absolutely found some beautiful gems that fit the aesthetic perfectly.
