Top Ten Tuesday: May Flowers

This week’s Top Ten Tuesday theme is May Flowers. With a focus on book characters with plant-related names, featured books include “The Afterlife of Holly Chase,” “Scythe,” and “To Entangle a Heart!”

It’s time for another Top Ten Tuesday! Top Ten Tuesday is run by Jana over at That Artsy Reader Girl and this week’s theme is May Flowers!

I have decided to focus on books that have characters with plant names!

Here’s my Top Ten:

Cress from Cress by Marissa Meyer

Lily from A Dance of Silver and Shadow by Melanie Cellier

Daisy from The Abandoned Princess by Melanie Cellier

Rose from To Entangle a Heart by Melanie Cellier

Rapunzel from Golden by Cameron Dokey

Rowan from Scythe by Neal Shusterman

Iris from Divine Rivals by Rebecca Ross

Rose Red from A Cake of Cherries and Charm by Brittany Fichter

Holly from The Afterlife of Holly Chase by Cynthia Hand

Violet from Forestborn by Elayne Audrey Becker

Who are your favorite plant-named characters?
