This month’s theme is author features! Every week I am going to be sharing some of my favorite authors and the works I have read by them. This week I am sharing Kiera Cass!

Kiera Cass is one of the few authors that I have read every one of her works!

Kiera Cass writes these amazing fantasy royalty books that I really enjoy. The romances are super sweet, and the storylines are intriguing and in-depth.

Cass’s books include The Siren, The Selection series, The Betrothed duology, and A Thousand Heartbeats.

The Siren was her first book and, shockingly, I really loved it! There was some love at first sight, which I can’t stand, but this was really well done! There was such a sweet romance, and a lovely sister relationship.

The Betrothed duology were the books that I struggled with the most. The first part of the series was rough, but it picked up with the last fifty pages of the first book and continued to be really good throughout the second book. This was an emotional, political drama read!

A Thousand Heartbeats is a long, romantasy, dual POV standalone book. I really enjoyed it, even though it had a slow pace. It actually had some really interesting ideas that I found fascinating!

The Selection, probably her most well-known series, is one that I have read many times! It is The Bachelor meets royalty! It has a determined main character, and a kind love interest. It has the most books, with five main books and a story compilation. The romance in this series is ridiculously sweet and one of my comfort series’.

Also, the covers of her books are just stunning! They have the most gorgeous dresses!

Kiera Cass’s books are relatively simple, but they have amazing characters, intriguing storylines, royalty, and sweet romances! Definitely an author that I keep coming back to!
