This month’s Saturday Spotlight theme is cozy books. The books/series I have discussed so far are Heist Society, The Princess Academy, Part of Your World, and Golden.
You can find those posts here, here, here, and here.
This is the final post for this theme, and I choose a new to me book, as well as the only graphic novel on the list: The Tea Dragon Society!
There isn’t much to the story, but it is adorable. The best part of the book is the gorgeous pictures. The colors and scenes are beautiful.
Of course there are also the dragons. These are unlike any dragon I have ever seen before. They are around the size of a small dog and produce tea leaves from their horns. At the end of the book is a care guide too!
The characters are also fun and interesting, but I loved looking at the dragons the most! Oh, I want one so bad!
This is a perfect book to curl up with during the winter months!

Here’s a summary:
A charming all-ages book that follows the story of Greta, a blacksmith apprentice, and the people she meets as she becomes entwined in the enchanting world of tea dragons. After discovering a lost tea dragon in the marketplace, Greta learns about the dying art form of tea dragon care-taking from the kind tea shop owners, Hesekiel and Erik. As she befriends them and their shy ward, Minette, Greta sees how the craft enriches their lives—and eventually her own.
