Review:

Cameron “Cammie” Morgan goes to the Gallagher Academy, school for geniuses. At least that’s what everybody else thinks. It’s actually an all-girl’s school for spies. Cammie is known as the Chameleon and is rarely noticed. That changes when a boy sees her, when she doesn’t want to be seen. The ensuing adventure is Cammie trying to pass her classes at spy school and being a normal girl.

In most books, I don’t love the main character. This book is an exception. I loved Cammie and the way she narrated her story. This book is told in past-tense, as a sort of report, which I really love. Cammie really felt like she was a sophomore in high school. I’d Tell You I Love You, But Then I’d Have to Kill You was a light, easy read. There wasn’t anything super heavy about this book, which I really enjoyed. This is definitely a comfort read or for when you can’t focus much on what you’re reading.

There’s isn’t really anything I didn’t like about this book. The one thing I didn’t enjoy was all the girls clamoring for Joe Solomon. It wasn’t a very big part of the book, though.

A genuinely good book that anybody could read. I definitely think this book is for girls, of all ages starting at 12. While being geared towards teenagers more, I think adults would also enjoy this book. I also recommend this book if you enjoy the tv show, Covert Affairs.
